We are open and available for all appointments.

We are sorry to announce that Jordan will be leaving Trillium at the end of June. We wish her all the the best in her future endeavours.

Following the BC government’s current mandate, we are requiring all patients to wear a mask. Please bring your own mask; we currently do not have disposables or clothe masks for purchase. If you are an individual who has a compromising condition which impedes your use of wearing masks, please be advised we are requiring a face shield be worn for your appointment.

There will be new protocols and procedures in place in order to keep our staff and clients safe and healthy. These will be provided to you prior to your appointments. We are following the guidelines provided by the BC Ministry of Health and the Centre for Disease Control

If you have a credit card, please use our online payment system we have recently put in place.

Thank you and stay safe and healthy!!

Savanna Levenson graduated from the Victoria based Oshio College of Acupuncture and Herbology in 2016 and became a Registered Acupuncturist in 2017 with the College of Traditional Chinese Medicine Association. She received her Bachelor of Science in 2000, majoring in Biology, from the University of Victoria and uses her background in Western science to complement the aspects of treating patients with Eastern medicine.

In Chinese Medicine, the underlying principle of illness and pain occurs when the body’s qi, or vital energy, cannot flow freely. There can be many reasons for this; emotional and physical stress, poor nutrition, infection or injury are among the most common. In Traditional Chinese Medicine, the focus of healing is on the individual, not their illness, and all the symptoms are seen in relation to each other. Savanna’s goal is to help bring the body back into its balanced natural state and to prevent disease through the use of acupuncture, cupping, tui na (Chinese massage), Gua-sha (promotes blood flow and healing) and nutritional and lifestyle counseling.

Each patient is unique; two people with the same western diagnosis may receive different acupuncture treatments. Your initial consultation will consist of a full review of your health history and an assessment of your current conditions. This information will be used to develop a full treatment plan that is suited to your individual needs.

Jenn Anderson is a certified Nutritional Therapy Practitioner and graduated from the Nutritional Therapy Association’s Nutritional Therapy Practitioner Program in Toronto, Canada in November 2017. She is also a member of the Canadian Association of Holistic Nutrition Professionals.

Jenn believes in bio-individuality, meaning, there is no such thing as one size fits all in a diet plan. As an NTP, Jenn looks at symptoms highlighted by the client to discover areas where nutritional support and recommendation are needed. Through a series of different modalities, a nutritional protocol is created for the client to assist in returning their body to a state of balance or homeostasis.

Jenn works to support clients with whole food nutritional recommendations who experience symptoms such as digestive disorders, hormone irregularities, mood disorders (ADD/ADHD/Bipolar), low energy, chronic fatigue, chronic inflammation, weight gain/loss, skin conditions, as well as infertility, pre and post menopause, PCOS, and autoimmune diseases or disorders.

Jordan graduated from Okanagan Valley College of Massage Therapy (OVCMT) in 2019, receiving awards in academic excellence and professionalism. Prior to pursuing her RMT designation, Jordan worked and trained in group and personal fitness. The more she learned, the more she fell in love with the intricacies of the human body. Her passion for helping others through movement drew her to massage therapy. Born and raised in Smithers, Jordan is excited to integrate her studies back home. She believes in a holistic approach to treatment, providing appropriate care for the individual as a whole. Through both active and passive techniques, Jordan facilitates the body’s innate ability to heal. She integrates multiple modalities, including neuromuscular therapy, positional release therapy, muscle energy, joint mobilization, myofascial release, hydrotherapy, and sport massage. In her spare time, Jordan stays active through olympic weightlifting and mixed modality training. She also loves spending time outdoors - whether hiking, biking, or fishing with family and friends. Jordan is grateful to be a part of the Trillium team. She looks forward to furthering her knowledge through continuing education, particularly in sport massage, visceral manipulation, and craniosacral therapy.
